Location is terrible, no wifi in rooms only in lobby. Everything else is relatively good!

the only bad thing is they donot have a lift.

The wifi was very patchy and it took us a day to even be able to connect. I didn't mind the idea of wifi on only two floors but maybe have more seating? Other than that is was a great stay. We were very cozy when it was cold and the beds were good.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well equipped hostel. No kitchen but the dinner provided was good value and nice. It's quite a walk from the centre of town and the train station (up a steep hill and steps) but the view is good!

Your breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Your staff was wonderful as well. The kids got a little loud, but, there's little that can be done to stop that--it is a youth hostel, after all! Overall great experience.

Definitely don't walk to the hostel with luggage! Catch the Red bus! It is up a steep hill.

Hostel was fine. Was quiet as it was low season. Breakfast buffet was really good!!

I only stay one night. The bed is clean and there is locker to use. The breakfast buffet is good.

The cheapest place to stay in Zermatt. Overall a very clean hostel with a great breakfast!

Great place to stay. Expensive, but hey it's Zermatt. Staff is very cool. Not really cozy feeling as seems appropriate in Zermatt, but overall a good place to stay

I have a love hate relationship with this hostel. My out of shape body hated climbing up to it several times. The rest of me though really liked the facilities and good breakfast and dinner as well. I recommend others to go for a walk up and behind the hostel to what to me felt like "real zermatt" , out of the tourist area, was a really nice walk .

Internet connection wasn't good. Basically I couldn't use from my tablet to do some research at all.

Loved staying in this Hostel! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, cant ask much from from them to be honest. it is situated on a hill and can be difficult to find if you don't have a map handy so make sure you're prepared before hand but we personally didn't mind the nice walk to and from the hostel through the town centre. The free breakfast was also very nice! Also the room we stayed in (private 4 bed) requires you to use the provided bed sheets and pillows for hygiene reasons

The hostel was great, it was clean, modern

All things here are good except no elevator. If you have luggage, I suggest you to take a bus or taxi to hostel.

Quite the hike from the train station but a short walk to the lifts! Great storage and spacious rooms! Breakfast being included was great for wanting to get to the slopes bright and early as breakfast began at 7am!

Very nice hostel. Rooms are nice with clean unisex bathrooms and shower. Breakfast isn't bad. Paying 17.50chf for dinner is probably a good idea as restaurants in Zermatt are very expensive. For the money you get soup, salad bar, main dish and a desert. The only negative about this hostel is it's location at the top of a steep hill.
