Good place to stay while you are in Zermatt, location is good and close to skilift. Only minus point is, no elevator.

LOVED this hostel. The food was great - they cater very well for special dietary requirements, and it's really easy to get to the ski slopes. People were great too.

Zermatt is beautiful! The hostel was great! Clean, modern, very nice! The only thing is that the reception closes from 11 to 16 hs. or something like that! Breakfast and dinner (both included in price) are very good and plenty!! The first night we got there like 15 minutes pass dinner time but they still served us!

Both the hostel and Zermatt were excellent. Breakfast and dinner are included, with generous portions. Good location and great views. Highly recommended.

Awesome hostel :) good location, its up a hill but nothing that you cant handle if your skiing/snowboarding. my room had views of the Matterhorn which was amazing. The food is amazing and this is the best priced hostel in town for what you get :) 100% comming back! Thanks again!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hostel and would recommend to anybody looking for a reasonable cost as a place to stay. The food was very good and always something different on the menu for the two weeks I was there! The staff were very friendly and same goes for the people who were staying there.

Staff are very nice. Breakfast and dinner are both very impressive. You can't complain about the higher-than-usual price with breakfast and dinner provided - in Zermatt where everything is expensive. I would recommend this hostel to everyone but you'd better take a bus if you have heavy and bulky luggage cuz there are quite a few stairs.

Brilliant hostel. Amazing breakfast and I'm pretty sure dinner would have been nice if I had got there on time or if I had stayed more than one night...gutted I didn't. I would definately stay here again...hopefully wont be too long before I'm back.

A little expensive, but what isn't in Zermatt. A great place to stay with dinner included, room was nice, and we were upgraded for free! Staff was great with hiking advice

Great staff. The kitchen made special dishes to accommodate my dairy allergy & I was given a sack lunch on the day I departed before breakfast was served. I checked out for one night when I climbed the Matterhorn but was able to leave my luggage in a very secure locker until I returned for two more nights. The fairly steep climb up the hill to the hostel and staying on the 4th floor (5th floor in the US) were good training before I climbed the Matterhorn, but it was agony after the climb. ;-)

it was hard to find - i had to take a $15 taxi there, plus, even then, there were serious stairs to navigate with heavy luggage. it was worth it though. i enjoyed my stay, ppl were nice, and the food was yummy. the sleeping arrangement are a bit unusual. it was one mattress right next to another in a row. like a big orgy bed. i was a little freaked out at first but it was totally fine in the end. again - recommended.
