Great hostel, beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The included dinner was a surprise and wasn't too bad either. Staff were very helpful with providing info on Zermatt. Would stay here again.

This was by far the nicest hostel I\'ve ever stayed at. The staff was exceptional even going out of their way to assist me in a problem I had with train bookings. The food was good, the rooms were extremely clean and secure. I had a view of the Matterhorn out my window. Good value for the money especially in Zermatt.

Front desk staff are very helpful. Staff in the canteen not so friendly. The room (double room) is ok. The internet access is ok The location is bit difficult to walk to because of the upward sloping when you walk from the train station. The red line bus charged us (two adults) 3.2X2+1X2 (2 pieces of luggage)= 8.4 Sr. Franc But we were told that it should be 2.50 for an adult by the staff at the tourist Information Center. It is ridiculous that it is NOT free to use a kettle or microwave.

A bit far from a center of Zermatt, but for going to and back from skiing, there is a bus passing by the hostel. Clean rooms with big lockers. Clean rest rooms. Very nice and big meals. Friendly atmosphere with welcoming staff. Plan to come again

This hostel was in a great location, about 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the Klein Matterhorn ski area. We woke up to the sunrise on the Matterhorn right outside our window. The included meals were great as well. I highly recommend this hostel. Have fun

The staff was very friendly and worked to accomodate our group. It was nice having breakfast and dinner included in the stay, especially since Switzerland is very expensive.

LOVED this hostel. The food was great - they cater very well for special dietary requirements, and it's really easy to get to the ski slopes. People were great too.

Zermatt is beautiful! The hostel was great! Clean, modern, very nice! The only thing is that the reception closes from 11 to 16 hs. or something like that! Breakfast and dinner (both included in price) are very good and plenty!! The first night we got there like 15 minutes pass dinner time but they still served us!
