Once you get to the tram stop, turn right to go to the hostel! It will be about a 5-10 minute walk and you'll see the hostel oh the left hand side. Rooms were comfy and clean.

The place is okay. It is a bit far from City center but easy to reach with public transportation. The staff is not as friendly, but again I was just there for one night, so maybe that wasn't the right night to be there... I had to take a plane back to London from Zurich so that's why I decided to stay in an inexpensive accommodation and "viola" that's what I get..

For the price we paid I was a bit disappointed. Everything was just OK, such as the rooms and the facilities. The common area was huge, but the only place to access wifi. Breakfast was included which was nice, but you had to pay 2 CHF to use the lockers. Also, you need to take a tram ride to get there, which is pricey, or be prepared to walk 45 minutes from the city centre! Overall it was meh.

A great place to stay - comfortable, clean and close to the city. Great breakfast as well! Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night. Had a very easy checked in and the staff was very helpful and gave us advice on where to go and how to get around. The rooms were very clean and each bed had its own night-light and plug which was very nice. The atmosphere was nice as we met other travelers from around Europe. Showers were clean and no big complaints on anything. Overall, if I was going to Zurich again, I would stay here.

loose that CHF 6 per night fee cause it is really annoying, or just integrate it in the price.

Decent facilities, nice staff, and the breakfast buffet saves a lot of money, since Zurich is insanely expensive. But... 1) The atmosphere was not great. Two of the six people in my room at this "youth hostel" were elderly. 2) The Wi-fi only worked in part of the lobby. Not a deal breaker had I known ahead of time, but when a hostel advertises free Wi-fi you don't expect it only to be available in such a small area. 3) It's about a 35 minute walk from the actual city.

Really impersonal hostel. Very clinical atmosphere. Dorm room was somewhat claustrophobic as well, though I appreciate the luggage storage and sink being separated off from the sleeping area. Location was fine for me, but probably more inconvenient for people who didn't know they should get a transit travel pass beforehand. Staff were nice and helpful, but the overall experience was still pretty bland.

I was very unhappy during stay your hostel. Your staff especially reception 'women' staff must be changed. They were very rude for a young Asian woman. Also the location was horrible.

The hostel was good. Food was very expensive in the hostel. But luckily we had free breakfast. The policy of holding 20 chf for towel hire and using the games was bit annoying. Expect these the stay was very good and it was clean .

Nice hostel, but felt more like a hotel. rooms were adequate, but the place felt very unsociable. WiFi was only in the main lounge and not in the rooms. price wasn't great, but as Zurich is an expensive city that was to be expected. very clean rooms/showers etc.

Not a backpackers hostel, more of a child's field trip hostel. Was a very boring place far from the Zürich city center. No atmosphere at all and the place basically felt sterile

There is no internet at the rooms, just on the lobbie and there is no kitchen available to the guests. It was a very clean place but a little far from the city.

Pros: awesome showers, clean, excellent breakfast, well-planned out area Cons: long route, hard to find location, not in the centre

Having arrived at night, the road leading up to the hostel was really dark and quiet. Not much people were around and all shops were close. Will say about 7min walking to the nearest tram/metro that goes to Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Toilets are not ensuite but well maintained. Room was quite small. WIFI only in the lobby. Free breakfast.

Expensive but well worth it. Switzerland is an expensive city but the hostel was great.

I stayed for 1 night. The Security was good. The location was far although the public transportation was good The staff was great although not very active at the bar area.. Atmosphere was good, very clean. Little pricy but I guess that's Switzerland. And the facilities were clean. Thanks guys

Pros: awesome showers, clean, excellent breakfast, well-planned out area, blonde girl receptionist is very kind and helpful, 24 hour reception Cons: long route, hard to find location, not in the centre, really pricey, lack of food options afterhours

Great breakfast, very clean. Hostels in other cities offer a free public Transport Option, maybe this could be arranged for Zurich as well?
