Z H Garden Guesthouse provides different room types from backpacker dorms to deluxe suites. Guests can select the rooms according to the budget and enjoy the deluxe rooms with the backpacker rates.
The guesthouse is located in the outskirt of Hualien city. Different from other accommodation in the noisy downtown, guests can relax with the nature after the trip during the day time. If guests would like to simply stay at the guests house in the afternoon, they can read books with a cup of coffee and enjoy the breeze in the garden. Or, guests can rental a bike to Seven Star Lake to get close to the nature.
The guesthouse provides free Wi-Fi and internet access. And there are attached restaurant and bar available in the guesthouse. Come to stay here, you will meet the true Hualien countryside style as well as make friends from all over the world.
Specially deposit arrangement during Chinese New Year and Summer Holiday (From May 1 to September 30).
- Except for the 10% management fee charged by hostleworld, any booking exceed NTD 5,000 in the captioned period will be required to pay an additional 30% deposit in order to secure the booking.
Cancellation Arrangement
- The 10% management fee charged by Hostleworld is not refundable in any condition.
- Notification of cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to the expected arrival date, all 30% deposit can be refunded (excluding any bank charges or transfer fee involved in the transaction).
- Notification of cancellation within 2 days to 2 weeks, prior to the expected arrival date, all one third of the 30% deposit can be refunded (excluding any bank charges or transfer fee involved in the transaction).
- Notification of cancellation within 2 days, no refund can be made.
P.S. All refund made through paypal will have additional 3.9% plus NTD 10. International transfer may also have certain bank management fee

Latest Review
Firstly we got some problems to find the Hostel, because the neighborhood seems really rich and we didn´t expect to find a Hosel in this area. But the owner of the Hostel called me on my phone and picked us up. The hostel is really new everything is really clean and the service is nice. We loved to chill in the backyard of the hostel and just relax from the hard day. Because it is a little bit outside you don´t here any noises from the city. Keep up the good work, I love to come back one day!

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Restrictions: no smoking in door and no illegal drugs.
The reception hours are from 15:00 pm till 10:30 pm.
If you check in after 10:30 pm we will charge 100 NTD for overtime pay.
Cash payment only upon check-in.
The guesthouse will provide free pick up service from Hualien train station.
The free pick up time from 15:00~22:00. Please make reservation in advance.
Please tell us the pick up time at least 24 hours before so we can arrange to pick you up. If you need a ride to city center we will charge 100 NTD or we can call taxi for you.
