Really great hotel with lovely staff who were very helpful with transport and all our needs. One down side was my having a pool for people who don't like the sea it could be a problem but very close to the sea.

For the price this place was fantastic. A real hotel at hostel(ish) price. Great location. Amazing bathroom. Staff mostly good although it did take a while to get our extra towel...! If that's my only gripe I should shut up. Great place.

really enjoyed staying here. brilliant location.. right opposite the beach, and so many lush places to eat nearby. room was nice also. would definitely recommend staying here!

Pros: close to beach, central in Chaweng, clean rooms, really liked older staff guy behind desk Cons: water shut off a few times but they warned us when they could,

Only stayed one night as it was booked the following night. A few more light bulbs would make all the difference, it is poorly lit. But don't let that put you off, I would happily stay here again.

Was ok. Location is about 10 min walk to the lively part but there are plenty if bars and restaurants near by. When we checked in though, they put us across the road from the hotel in some back street rooms. We found out only when we checked out that we were actually in a different hotel because they messed up the bookings. This happens often apparently which is why they have it as a failover. It was clean enough and basic. You don't need much more but it was nxt 2 a smelly seafood restaurant!!!

Bathrooms need improvement. Staircase is dangerous!
