Z-Touch Lipe Island Resort

Z-Touch Lipe Island Resort are four types of accommodation available at the hotel, comprising of Deluxe Villa, Garden Beach Villa, Studio Villa and Beach Front Villa. Total number of rooms is 24 and all are non-smoking. All of our guest rooms have been carefully designed to ensure our guests of maximum comforts.

Z-Touch Lipe Island Resort has panoramic sea views across the bay, and on a clear day you can see across to the mainland. The rooms are all individually furnished and decorated, with good sized balconies where you can sit, relax and take in the view. There is a pool and large sunbathing area next to the sea with Bar & Restaurant to serve you.

*All room types occupancy can accomodate only 2 persons maximum.
*Children aged below 3 years old can share the existing bed with their parents without charge
Cancellation Policy:

Low Season (1 May -30 Sep of each year)

Cancellation: 1 night charge for cancellations received less than 7 days during low season
No show: 1 night charge for no shows or early checkout during low season

High Season (1 October - 19 Dec and 11 Jan - 30 April of each year)

Cancellation: 1 night charge for cancellations received less than 14 days during high seasons
No Show Policy: Full length of stay charge for no shows or early checkout whichever is greater during high or peak season

Peak Season (20 December - 10 Jan of each year)

Cancellation: Full length of stay charge for cancellations received less than 21 days during peak season prior to the arrival date.
No Show: Full length of stay charge for no shows or early checkout whichever is greater during high or peak season
