We have minimum stay of 2 nights - you still need to pay for 2 nights even if you stay for 1 night and non-negotiable!

BASIC rooms have only FAN. Only STANDARD AND DELUXE ones have AIRCONDITIONER. NO TV in all rooms. Linens, towels,are provided free. Hot shower and shower gel included for all bathrooms.
This is a family run hostel located in Tengah Beach. It offers basic accommodation with cafes/restaurants/bars/shops around it. The house is surrounded by trees and mountain, so please expect leaves droppings and some surprising visits of wild and friendly animals.

Refill drinking water facility - Free - 24hrs
Rental for locker is RM5/box/stay without padlock - you can use your own or buy it at the reception upon arrival at RM5.

-Communal dining/seating area with 42'' TV, and satellite channel - ESPN etc.
-Computer @ RM3/hr
-Common kitchen & BBQ pit
-Bar (RM3/can for beer)
-Plunged pool with sundecks
Breakfast is not included. A small kitchen with cutlery for cooking.
Check in time : 1500 hrs Check out time : 1200 hrs. Early check in and late check out are possible however it is subjected to the availability of the room. We ACCEPT CASH transactions only and all accounts MUST BE PAID IN FULL upon arrival.
We have 3 friendly dogs in our guesthouse.
The Beach - 500 meters of long white sandy beach is just 5 mins walking distance
PICK UP services is available by request (chargeable) - airport only.
Cancellation policy no show or cancellation less than 24hours due to arrival date: one night. Full-night-cancellation fees for November - February. No refund after checking in.
Due to our limited rooms, we only hold the room until 1600hrs of the day, please call or SMS if you come later than that to avoid any inconveniences. Note that the ATM cash machine is 1km away and it is advisable to get your cash at the airport/ferry terminal ATM to avoid inconveniences.

a good hotel considering the price. it will be very inconvenient without a car, so the location is not so good. staff is friendly, and I love his dogs and ducks. but I have to say the light in the doom is very dark, hardly can see anything at night.

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
The hostel is not suitable for family with infants/young children and elderly. We have minimum stay of two nights - you still need to pay for two nights even if you stay for one night. Non-negotiable. We have a 24hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. There are full-night cancellation fees between November and February. There's no refund after checking in.
