Zbra Hostel is a modern boutique-style hostel in the safe and upscale neighbourhood of Leblon, just a short walk from the beach. It's surrounded by busy restaurants and bars and has an onsite bar as well. One Hostelworld traveller told us that 'if you want to party this is a perfect hostel [with a] bar, music, nice people'. We like that not only does each bed feature a large luggage locker and personal power sockets but each also has a small personal locker for important documents.

We're a boutique hostel located at the best area of Rio - Leblon. We're just one block away from the beach and near all the best bars, restaurants and stores; many of them are open 24 hours a day.
Our four-floor building has an elevator and we have mixed and female dorms, private rooms and beautiful suites. The dorms have private lockers including one with a key where you can keep your money and passport safe. Each bed also has a plug where you can charge your iPod or laptop.
Our bar is open also at night and we often organise events like Brazilian live music nights and performances.

This is a new hostel that was built in what was a spiritual center. It has a really nice feel to it which most likely comes from the location. It is near the beach and close to all the posh places in Leblon. The staff is great to inform about the clubs and restaurants in Rio. The hostel has a more lounge feel in the common area. It was easy to meet people for a night out.
