Overall great hostel. Was walking distance from a lot of monuments (we walked pretty much the whole city in the 2 days we stayed). Staff was very friendly, and great atmosphere. The building could use some fixing up (bathrooms and common areas were a little run down). But would definitely stay again!

The shower stalls were filthy and wouldn't close. A lot of the facilities were broken. For example the the lock on the toilet door, the window netting against the insects had a huge gash, the computer of general use was out of order. Because of their own overpriced bar facilities you weren't not allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks. On the hostels page they claimed to rent bikes, but this wasn't the case. There was a lack of atmosphere. The floor with the rooms felt as a childhospital.

The socket next to my bed did not work and was hanging out of the wall which it quite unsafe. Also, It would be very useful to have Wifi in the rooms.

Location is good but could have better description, with more details - for example, distance from the airport or how many minutes by bus. Staff is friendly, but the owner is an wiman that shout loud during the whole time, on the phone or with staff. Everythin is dirty and dark! Bathroom is clean during some time, but the shower part is absolutelly disgusting! Never, never is cleaned!!! Breakfast is poor and has bad presentation. Maybe is the WORSE hostel I ever visited during last 10 years...

The entire hostel just felt outdated and dirty. The bathroom's (especially the showers) were rather dirty and unpleasant to use. The lack of outlets in the rooms was inconvenient, as well as the internet not working well in the rooms upstairs.

I personally liked location even though it's quite remoted from underground, however it's very nice to take a stroll (to crocceta, around 12mins). Pillows were very old and extremely uncomfortable (prob very old - all fuzz kinda crumpled into bundles). When it's around +12-15 you can't take your jacket off, very cold & no heating. Very old bed linings - almost washed off. But the worst is shower - you can only turn on\off, there's no regulation for hot\cold water. Breakfast&wifi speed is nice.

It was awful. We caught the hostel during some sort of French primary school trip. The hostel itself wasn't that cheap, and breakfast consisted of juice, 2 types of cereal and bread. The communal kitchen closes at 11 so sucks if you're hungry. The prices for towels and padlocks and everything was "troppo costoso". And the bar available, well beers aren't too expensive but, the food they offer is frozen.

Only one turnstile into hostel, the rest is all unlocked. Building really needs renovations especially the bathrooms!! The bedding needs to be replaced also. Kitchen and breakfast were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. No atmosphere and so annoying to have to be in common area for wifi

Pretty run down building and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. However, for the price and location, totally worth it and I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast was a plus (not anything special, just toast and cereal, but FREE) Nice to have a common room, but could only use the wifi here, not in the rooms.

The hostel just fells a bit neglected and run down. Location is good but it just needs a good clean and tidy up and locks on the dorm rooms

I've been staying in hostels for the past 2 months and this is the worst one yet, unfortunately. They have potential but need to do some major clean up and each individual room should definitely have locks. Once you're in the building anyone can go in any room! If this is your only accommodation option for Milan, I would skip. (Even though this is the highest rated hostel in the city..)

Would not recommend this hostel. You were not allowed to have food or drinks in your room and they never had any change at the bar. The bathrooms were dirty and they ran out of towels. Breakfast was also terrible and the wifi only works in the lobby.
