Cleanliness is a major weakness of the hostel. Bathroom floor is always muddy and wet, shower space is extremely small and uncomfortable, flush in toilets does not work properly, leaving always some "rests" behind. Dorms and bathrooms have no hooks nor shelves!! Nowhere to put clothes while changing or showering! Very little ventilation in the 6x dorms,

Very helpful and thoughtful desk staff. Comfortable and clean environment. Ideal location with a walking distance to the Duomo. Well-equipped facilities. Worth your time and money. Just love there.

I think its better on the photo but when i went there it was poor, its an old building and there are only thin separator so if someone speak outside you will hear it.. especially the bathroom even though its quiet clean but they use motion sensor, so sometimes i have to take a shower in the darkness..

It's not a nice place to stay with crammed rooms and bad sound-proofing. The public bathroom is terrible with no lock.

When i get into the hostel, there were lot of CHILDREN groups.. I travel alot all over the world and stayed in lots of hostels and i never saw that before! I don`t care about it (children) but they took place that could be for really adult people who could be partying with us and stuff. Anyway, i made lots of friends in Zebra Hostels and the Staff are great! Hugs and kisses for Ben and Asha! They`re great.

I really enjoyed my stay in Zebra hostel thanks to the friendly staff: Francisco, Stefano, Vasilije, the Italian lady and the others:) Don't be scared when you are placed in room 9 which is not exactly a room...the other rooms' walls are not quite as high as they should be so you can hear the conversations from other rooms sometimes. Breakfast is average. If someone is looking for a place to meet people and have fun this is a good place to do so even if there are too many rules... Thanks for all

Staff were helpful, good location, decent price, good breakfast (the breakfast had nothing which contains fibre but that's normal in Italy) Downside -very little in the way of atmosphere. It was a decent hostel with everything you would expect for the price, for overnight stays it would be perfect but for stays of 3+ days it is difficult to meet people.

The hostel itself was quite nice and the staff were helpful if a little brisk. The main problem that I had with the hostel was the type of guests it clearly attracts. The the point I felt humiliated and unsafe in my hostel dorm room after discovering a group of young men taking photos of me getting changed after a shower. I do not think this is the fault of the hostel but I am disappointed it happened even during such a short stay.

The commum space is very nice, the staff is nice and the breakfast is better than I was expecting. The atmosphere is good. The rooms however are not so good, they could use some cleaning and some small repairings, and the privacy and sound isolation are bad because there aren't full wall separating the different rooms. Overall, it is ok for 1 ou 2 nights.

Good hostel! They have a good kitchen, common area is nice and everybody on the staff was friendly, except for one old lady. The facilities are a bit old and the rates are not cheap, but it is like these pretty much everywhere in Downtown Milano.

It was a terrible stay at Zebra Hostel. The people was helpful and nice, but the hostel is really poor in every aspect. Firstly, they don´t have room keys. Then, the fact that they sell the towels and didn´t have one for me. Don´t sell them if yu don´t have enough for all your guests. Small Lockers, dirty place, kitchen and rooms, no debit/credit cards accepted, the entrance and the hostel in general is dirty, no wifi in the rooms, no space in the showers, the hand dryer doesn´t work.

Staff are nice and while my stay there people are nice too. The location is ok when I first arrived but then when u know the tram station is very easy to get arround. I like it and there have free breakfast.

Funky place located about 15 min fast walk from the underground train. Stayed in the 6 bed dorm so noise was fairly low, but, staying in the other large dorms would be painful. Although the place is a little dark and dindgy, it has a great entertainment area near reception with a pool table and lots of places to sit, eat and drink. Well equipped kitchen and common area kept clean but I just felt that it misses the mark on atmosphere. Rooms have no lock, but there are lockers. Overall - average.

A dirty hostel, with a lack of security- cant even lock your rooms doors. Very very basic breakfast facilities. Fine location, but I wouldn't stay here again

The staff wasn't very helpful but the facilities were up to standards, everything worked and it was clean. But they would fine you for everything if they could.

It was a regular young hostel. The atmoshpere is great because since its kind of a big hostel there s a lot a people and a 24h open bar so downstairs so its good. But nothing outstanding.

Very nice hostel, excellent location, good space. Not so clean, and awful shower. You can't control the temperature and it turns off by itself every 10 seconds.
