Hostel are very cute. You can see zebra all around. The staff is very nice.

The heater in the room did not work and the situation in the room looks darker.

The bedrooms are truly a mess. The walls are enterely mouldy and the sheets are extremaly old. Moreover, they do not have windows, so they keep it closed all day, making the mould problem worse. At night, they turn off the heat, turning the bedroom to a icecube.

Old, poor illumination, no elevator...

Bed bugs.... no WiFi on the rooms....no temperatura shower! But i enjoyed the breakfast and the place looks cool... some staff Broke into my locker my mistake of an old lady and nobody payed or gave me new one. i felt literaly violated.

I'de never stay there again.. So dirty and cold!

The room where I stayed had a terrible smell, I don´t if that was because of the room or because of the people, but it smelled terrible. The toilets were not clean.

Unexpectedly filthy, everything seemed covered with a coast of dirt that seemed to have been there for years. The general smell was awful, the bed sheets were really old and we had to put them on ourselves . Check in was at 1 pm. In a really cold November they chose to turn the heating on only for about 5 minutes or so daily, and the windows couldn't be closed properly. Because they're so cheapskate, they made two holes in each room to fit half of an air conditioning unit. Lame

Bigger dorms are combined in two (half-wall+curtain between),smaller ones more expensive, but similar standard, blankets and pillows shabby, small lockers provided in the rooms, but with no lock (of course you can buy it - no info about it beforehand), smelly bathrooms, untidy kitchen with not sufficient number of tableware (even during off-season), breakfast kind of standard, but the only bread provided was hard biscuits. Low price though - suggested only for one night.

While I feel I got what I payed for, with the stay being so cheap, the entire hostel was very dirty and smelled of various things, from mold, to sewage, to smelly feet. Also, I didn't feel safe at all. The doors didn't have locks and were very flimsy. While there were lockers, no locks were provided, and that would've been fine if the hostel felt safe. It didn't. The last night I stayed there, I was awoken at one in the morning by angry shouting, bangs, and breaking bottles. The cops came.

Very unwelcoming atmosphere, it was obvious that this was a business and every opportunity the owner got to profit on he did not hesitate. You were not allowed alcohol in the establishment, using the internet cost money, there were signs left right and center which was the base for the unwelcoming atmosphere. The entrance to the hostel resembles a prison. There is a barred area which you need your pass to enter. It clearly states not to let other guests in or you will lose your pass.

Decent and reasonably priced hostel in the expensive city of Milan. Located just outside the city centre, but a decent walk to duomo and other attractions. Good free breakfast. The staff were not super helpful with recommendations for restaurants but we're able to help with booking trains, maps and location of a swimming pool for us! Rooms didn't have lockable lockers or keys to the rooms, but it seemed like a fairly safe place.

Right choice for backpackers. Location is very good.

Well located and complete with basic amenities for a hostel. Wifi only works in common area one level below the rooms. My room had a really stale smell. Didn't hear or encounter bed bugs so I guess that's good.

A nice place located between 3 main city points: the center, train station and the night life area. The bed was fantstic, it felt like at home there))) Security situation is strange. The tsaff can wake you up at night to check if you sleep on your own bed or not. Very good kitchen with everything you need. Internet point if you don't have your laptop and the price is reasonable.
