We had reservatıon for 2 nights, the 25 and 26 of july. When we got there they said that they dıdnt have room available for us. We were very unhappy wıth that but the staff wouldnt help us. At the end the staff called and dıd fınd a bad hostel for us. I am very VERY disapointed. I hope you take this hotel out of Hostelworld.
