It has a wonderful location, about 50 metres from the Blue Mosque and Aya Sophia. On the dark side, it's quite expensive, not very clean and has a very poor breakfast, compared to cheaper hotels we stayed at in Turkey.

Due to a power outage in the street we were offered a candle to shower and sleep by, in a room that was hot and stuffy due to temps in excess of 30 degrees C. Dangerous and unacceptable. Not made aware of fire escape if there was one. Found alternative Accomodation, hotel wanted us to pay the full amount for the "unused room". Happy to pay a Discounted amount, but the hotel owner was steadfast in demanding the full amount. Finally settled.Other hotels in the street had generators, not Zeugma!
