When we arrived they said that they didn\'t have our hostelworld booking, and tried to charge us 20% more than we had agreed through hostelworld. No electricity in the morning. Beautiful hotel (not a hostel). I was actually shocked by how nice this place was given that it was only marginally more expensive than the hostels I was accustomed to staying at in China. Great location, helpful staff. Most of the other people here are actually Chinese Tourists.Beautiful hotel (not a hostel). Although very beautiful the place was very noisy and staff were extremely slow at dealing with any request. They did not have a record of our booking and we struggled to make ourselves understood as the receptionist had no English and we have no Chinese. We repeatedly had to ask them to be quiet early in the morning (7am) but they pretty much ignored us... A shame but I wouldnt stay here againAlthough very beautiful the place was very noisy and staff were extremely slow at dealing with any request.
