Dear Anika, It was a petty that you suddenly left that day. In the middle of the new year´s season, in a touristic place as Pipa, the infrastructure of the city can fail, and there we were in Zicatela, putting the best of us to solve the problem as soon as possible; in a such way that we asked to our guests to be patience and wait only for a few hours until we resolve this, while we provided mineral water gallons to everybody. Of all our guests, you were the only one that didn´t wait and went away, a fact that we´re really sorry for, so that same day, only some hours later the water problem was 100% solved and nobody suffer any traumas, being able to enjoy a fantastic staying in Zicatela Hostel and appreciating Pipa and it´s correspondent festive clime. During this time period, the entire city of Pipa went out of water, being the only establishments with no such problem, the once that have their own well water, which are minority and, no doubt, the most expensive ones. We hope that you know that our doors are open, same as all of our energies are always determined to offer the best service, even in a situation of emergency like the one that happened during your staying, that thanks to our hard work, once more, we were able to resolve successfully.
