A very good hostel if you want to visit Sydney : located in Kings Cross, it\'s not far from the City by train or foot. Plenty of bars not far but the hostel\'s street is quiet. The hostel is quiet too so we slept well. The rooms are very correct and clean, with a fridge which is very usefull. The common kitchen, internet, the free breakfast and the free airport pickup are all well apreciated. And the staff is very nice. I definitively recommend it.

Our room can't receive the wifi signal even we paid for it. We have to bring our own laptop to a common area for accessing the internet, it is not convenient.

When we arrived there was a very strong odour in our room that just got worse with time. When we complained, the staff were very helpful and got us a room at another hostel. Otherwise, it seems like an ok hostel.

Although just for one night, enjoyed my stay there a lot. Especially the nice free breakfast and the friendly staff. It might be a bit narrow and it would not hurt to have some more bathrooms, but the place definitely makes up for it in character and brightness. Even though it's a bit small, it's still all very bright and light!

This is one of the best hostel I've stayed in met some great people the staff are really friendly and they make an active effort every night to round up and get everyone to go out there's always something going on every night. Its a thumbs up from me loved it and would definitely stay again if I pass through Sydney.

The hostel was what we expected, average quality. It was a shame that the girls from the reception were very rude, it made a bad impression on us,

our room was not clean! the carpet was dirty and not vaccumcleaned! beside the bed it was a death cockroach! very disgusting! the electric kettle was dirty inside and outside! the toilettes and showers (only 2) was all the time dirty and for so many people not enough cleaned! all together i can say it was not a nice stay in zing and we are glad only booked for 5 nights and not longer! it was dirty and we nevermore come back to this hostel! and we dont recommend zing!

Only stayed 2 nights, it did its purpose. It seemed to have good activites in the evenings and a cute outside area.

The room I was put into had 3 lads in it who had been at the hostel for months. The room was a complete dump and reeked of unwashed feet and mouldy clothes. My stuff was taken off a bottom bunk by someone when I was out and put on a top bunk, which was extremely rickety. Hostel was too cliquey due to too many long termers. Location was good however in the middle of Kings Cross, and it was cheap. You get what you pay for evidently.
