Zoola hostal is not a proper hostal: no kitchen that customers can use, no fridge where you can store your staff, no drinking water for customers... . above all the beds are really uncomfortable, beacuse the matresses are old and poor quality. at the reception the staff don t offer any information about rooms, breakfast time, bathroom...you need to ask for everything. breakfast is included but not the coffee; anyway the breakfast is good enough. one of the waiters couldn t say a word in spanish

Every night some of workers and guest would partake in smoking weed and decide it is ok to keep everyone up is ok. I complained several times to owner to no avail. She said this is a hostel and people in Central America smoke pot. I don't care what they do but we paid for 12 beds for the week and had a right to sleep. Will never go back.
