Very nice hostel! Fresh rooms, good restaurant at ground floor, walking distance from the airport. To the city center or the fort a tuctuc will cost you around 120/150 rupees and is the quickest way to enjoy the city.
Great little hostel Pros * Awesome staff - super friendly with great English and tips * Good hangout / common area * Rooms are nice and clean Tips * Booking the private room results in you staying at the hotel downstairs - book into the dorms they are clean with plenty of room * Audio tour at the fort is one of the best ones I have done
Very cool, laid back place. Big lockers in the rooms. AIR CONDITIONING that works! The bathroom situation is a little disappointing but totally workable. Never had a problem. Good water pressure and hot water that actually works. Staff was friendly and easygoing. Great common area to hang out and meet people. Restaurant downstairs is decent. Location is not the best. If you haggle hard, 60-80 rupees for a tuktuk to the center or back. They'll ask for 200. But it's nice and quiet at night.
A nice little hostel, and one of the few (if not the only) in the area. Unfortunately a bit too far out of the city centre for my taste and considering all the good guesthouse options in the city it's difficult to defend booking here, simply because of the location. It's a shame because it's got the potential to be a really awesome place!! Probably better for a group than people travelling alone.
it was an excellent experience. Facilities and staff was good and the restaurant was also good downstairs. A little off the city...but u get regular tuk tuk to the fort and the city. overall a very good experience.
Anirudh really puts himself out to help all his hostellers. A lovely atmosphere. A lot of my of my time was spent interacting and getting up to date information on the road ahead. A model of cleanliness with reverse osmosis water for free, just right to set one up for the day. More cooking utensils needed.
Not so easy to find hostels in India but this was was a great find, stayed in the one in jaipur too. Staff very helpful, advice on getting around, rickshaw price and booking of bus/train tickets, liked it so much I stayed here twice. Food can be delivered and there is a supermarket close by. Bit out of the way but I liked it that way.
Great hostel! I liked the hot showers, comfortable beds, and the nicest guy working there. He'll help you out with a lot of things you'll need in a new city. I especially liked the location because it's easy to find, seems pretty safe, it's a short rickshaw away from the railway station and tourist sites; has a nice restaurant downstairs and at surrounding hotels; and there's a nearby general store where you can stock up on anything. Laundry is self-serve and kitchenette could use a good scrub.
i stayed 4 nights in this hostel. very friendly and reliable staff, clean dorms, hot showers, good wifi. very close to the airport, but a bit away from the town. although there is a very good and cheep connection by bus or tuktuk into the town (not more than 10 minutes). i would definitively recommend to stay here.
good location though a bit close to the airport but the noise is not really an issue in the rooms. the top floor of a hotel so ordering food is very convinient
A great hostel. Very kind host, good service and facilities, we have a good time in the hostel even we stay only one night, The location is close to airport, but a little bit far from the palace, a good hostel worth to stay though.
The Hostel was great, really good staff. I think it was the best place that i stay in India. I Hope to return soon.
