Great place to stay for couples staying in central Santiago, close to everything you want.. The concierge doesn't speak great but you will be helped sufficiently..

I had a problem as the room reservation, but the administration released a dormitory for the problem to be solved. When you found that the error was theirs, they offered a better room for the same price of the room reservation. It was a great stay! The room is beautiful, very clean, and you can count on the great location of the hotel.
