I loved this place. We had a room on the top floor with a small balcony, beautifully designed ceiling, clean toilet and so on. What I didn't like were the noisy crowds late in the evening (the kitchen is on the top floor too), but I kept telling myself I'm not 40 yet. Of course, it's not the hostel's fault. The rest was just great- the location, the staff, the atmosphere. Hope to stay there again.

Top notch hostel run by an excellent group of people. Don't miss out on this place. I loved the hostel so much- I'll definitely stay there again! The guys who are working there are awesome and very professional. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable! The lounge is stylish, great wi-fi and you feel like in a 4 Star Hotel. Fun and friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Small rooms, no lift, one bathroom per floor.

Very cool little hostel, one of nicest I have stayed in. Plus points = free breakfast, wifi, really friendly staff, books and guidebooks to borrow, fast and modern computers free to use, good kitchen facilities. Negatives = really small rooms, although it didn't matter so much as it was well contained and good use of space through inbuilt lamps and cupboards etc, no blinds in rooms, music from downstairs quite loud at night especially if on first floor

One of the best hostels I've been. Very clean, comfortable mattresses, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The first time it's not easy to find. The only problem I've had was the Internet connection that only works from time to time. I'd definitely stay there again in case I return one day to Istanbul.

It was good except that the dorms are very small and it gets very quickly humid and stuffy.

I liked #Bunk very much. I am planning to stay there again when I visit Istanbul

The #bunk hostel is one of the hostel I ever stayed in. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have lockers. Linen are included there is even someone who is doing your bed very day like in a hotel. I really can recommend this hostel to everone who is looking for a cheap but very clean hostel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location is pretty good, very clean, although it's not very clear how often they change the sheets. I'd totally recommend this hotel, one of the bests I've been into.

Had a great few days in Istanbul and at #Bunk! Hostel is very friendly, clean and at a great location, easy to get around anywhere you want to. Would definitely stay there next time :)

A few squeaky beds need to be repaired.

Had a great time at #bunk. The staff were very helpful and it is centrally located to all the european part of istanbul. Estiqlal avenue and taksim square are just a walk away. I would surely recommend this place for fellow students and bagpackers!

Great place! Stayed in several hostels around the world but none so comfortable and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at #bunk. The hostel is modern and clean. It is in a good area within easy walking distance to lots of bars & restaurants. We were staying in the shared dorm and loved that each bed had a reading lamp and power socket. The rooms are small, but there is plenty of space in the common area to chill out. The staff were really friendly, helpful and always on hand to assit. Would happily stay again.

Frankly, the rooms are ridiculously tiny. To be so new, and yet not have a shelf to put your bag on or any floor space at all is a bit ridiculous. We wouldn't go back, because it was just too cramped and uncomfortable.

good hostel but room was as small as train compartment. And maybe smaller. And breakfast area was not so comfortable and not so many places: if you prefer enjoy your breakfast then it's not really place to look for. Receptionist on the first day (girl from Poland i guess) was some kind of "white trash"-attitude victim so she chosed persons who she acted kind with and who was so no for her that she avoided to look at eyes. Really weird and amator. Other staff was ok.

very clean, nice beds, recently renovated; rooms are small, however, but that's part of the hostels style, which we liked a lot. The staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic, though. But we still got all the information we asked for. In particular, the airport shuttle service was very helpful. We can definitely recommend the place to other travellers.

This hostel is just awesome!! At first I couldn't believe that this is a hostel. The building is so nice. The hostel is so stylish. The rooms are nice. Everything is clean. Everything is awesome. At first I thought this hostel could be too quiet for me. But downstairs there were always nice people. And the staff was the best! Always friendly... and they had some really good tips! One guy of the staff even went with us to a nice club! ...and the location of the hostel is awesome! Thx a lot guys!!

The hostel was great and had a really good location. The hostel felt like a boutique hotel which was nice and the decor was fantastic, we like the modern feel. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend was not feeling too good on the day we arrived at #bunk and even the cleaning staff were really helpful- thank you to the reception staff who offered to take him to the doctors. The hostel on the whole was clean and breakfast was nice.

Great location close to Taksim Square. Clean rooms & towels. Staff were all very helpful! Thanks for a great experience!
