The staff was not helpful at all. The price is too high for the location of the hostel, really far away from city center, just reachable by tram. No possibility of coffee, tea, breakfast or anything at all. No common rooms. Two good points: rooms are clean and the hostel was almost empty, so I had a four-bed room for me. But if you want to meet people, it´s not your place!
