I tried to cancel my reservation with this hostel multiple times, a week in advance. They kept pushing me around, saying they would call back, and never did. They kept saying I had to cancel with hostel world itself. At the end of the reservation confirmation it says ' Cancellations must be notified directly to accomodation provider' finally , they said they had canceled my reservation and there would be no problem. In the end I was STILL charged on my credit card by them!! 50 Euros!
