Staff, Christina is very friendly and helpful. With individual big locker. With lift for big luggage. Clean and comfort. WIth good kitchen and well equipped utensils. Near a lot of theatres.

Located about 20 min walk from the Kremlin but with a metro nearby. Just the one bathroom and one toilet but isn't a huge hostel. Free wifi and coffee in the morning. Very helpful staff.

Igor was amazingly helpful throughout our stay. Genuine, friendly, he really wanted us to feel comfortable and was on hand for any questions about Moscow we might have. He was even willing to help us book a few train tickets on Russian websites to help us save a few dollars...... his perfect English certainly assisted with this as well. Highly recommend a stay, we had one of the private rooms which was great.

The staff I encountered were all great (Rajanna, Kristina, & Eugene) as they all helped me with various items & getting acquainted with the hostel. You couldn't ask for a better staff - their English and personalities were great. Also, the location was ideal, as you can walk 15 min to the red square and 5 min to Kamergersky St. (a pedestrian-only street with bars, cafes, and restaurants). Strong WiFi. Stayed in the 2nd location next door. Only 1 shower & 1 bathroom, but they're separate & clean.

Having only one shower and toilet serving 3-4 dorms meant there was a bit of a wait in the morning, but otherwise a great hostel, 25ish minutes walk from red square but close to the metro (which is the best you could hope for in such an enormous city), and staff who are really helpful and friendly.
