My first stay in a hostel, it reminded me of freshman dorm rooms. Everything was pretty clean, the bathrooms worked, the staff was pretty helpful -- nothing really to complain about. The location was perfect.

They should modify their check-in time. I'm waiting over 2hours(And I couldn't hold my luggage). Location & Cleanliness are great. But I think Staff have to remind they serviced kindly & friendly.

The private double/twin rooms can be extremely noisy overnight due to noise from guests in the external courtyard. This would make me hesitant in recommending, which is disappointing given that every other aspect of our stay was EXTREMELY positive. Perhaps take ear plugs if you want to sleep well?

It was very noisy, the canteen has an outside area that did not shut until late at night. Do not stay there if you need to catch an early flight.

Really nice staff, good clean hostel. It was quite noisy though so if you're plannng on having any quiet nights - don't.

A very nice place to go, else have some minor mistake while the stuff allocated 7 person in a 6 person dorm, other then that everything is just Excellent.

This is the best hostel I have tried in Scotland : towels were furnished, there were showers and toilets within bedrooms, and breakfast were served in the lounge. I recommend it firmly. I edinburgh I tried also High street hostel which is much more under.

I enjoyed staying there, everything was great. Even when I arrived at my room and the woman who was there with her two teenage daughters said, "not a man, not in this room", the staff easily switched me to another where they understood the concept of a "mixed room". Thanks for a great stay in Edinburgh!
