Staff were super helpful and the vibe felt super communal. Wifi was a little interrupted in upstairs rooms but it was nice to go out into the common areas anyway. Breakfast was quite good and the games provided were a great way to get to know people. More

The staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed in a six-bed room with a private bathroom, which was quite nice. The Deusto metro station is easily accessible, and San Mamés is also quite close. You can walk to the Guggenheim and to the funicular. My only complaint is that there is no stove More

I will always stay here when I come to Bilbao! The bed and pillow were super comfy. The storage locker had plenty of room and an electronic lock, which corresponded to my room key. The free breakfast was plentiful. Staff are nice and helpful. Very close to metro stop, which gets you to the More

This was a fantastic hostel. The only downside is it is slightly farther from Old town and the Guggenheim (the two major hubs) than most other hostels but it is right next to a Metro station or a brisk 20 minute walk, so all in all it's not too bad. Everything else was perfect. I could More

Nice twin room with ensuite and kitchenette, well set up for 2 people to make basic meals, really needs to have a chopping board though. No a/c and room was quite stuffy, with the windows open there was a lot of noise from the street. About 10-15min walk from the train uphill. Area seems More

Very nice and clean hostel. The staff is great and location good if you need to go further with bus or take the early bus to the airport (within 5 min walking distance). Only thing that the doors are generally not locked, but you have your locker, so not that big of a problem. Would More

This hostel was very clean and the showers were incredible! However, there were zero security measures in place -- no doors locked except the bathroom and when you enter the hostel they don't even question you. It would be incredibly easy for a stranger to walk in off the street and into More

Security very lax: no locks on the room doors or to the main door, only a buzzer. Remember to bring a padlock to use the lockers in the room. Breakfast was basic (toast, cereal, coffee and biscuits) but filling. Kitchen well equipped and the living areas were comfy, and the free use of More

No internetacess in the rooms, no kitchen (just a dirty microwave and a small full frigde), stuff is only seen for some hours a day. the keys don´t work propperly. the hostel is not in the center at all, five stations by metro. there´s a garden, with five dry plants, but the door to the More

very expensive and nothing special (breakfast was stale bread, 15 triple bunk beds in the room means loud and not comfortable to develop friendships) but the location was good and there was hot water. More

Great location, really nice view of the Guggenheim. Rooms and bathrooms were always pretty clean. No common area except for the eating area and a tiny lounge at the front which people walking on the street can stare at you like a display window. Staff were pretty average, and no one there More
