This is a lovely hostel, well up to YHA standards. The central location was perfect, but not too noisey and with a lovelt view of the waterside. Staff were helpful and always had a smile. The facilities are brilliant and the hostel has a friendly, relaxed feel.

The Staff was perfect, friendly and polite
The rooms had bad coverup of the streetlight, one room had no curtens,
the other room curtens that where of no use.
Both the showeers did not work, this was really bad,
did not wash for three days because of that,
