2GO4 Quality Hostel
- Emile Jacqmainlaan 99, Brussels
- 24 May 2012
This is a good hostel - nice and close to Brussels Nord bus/train station, with helpful and friendly staff. I was in the 'White Room', which isn't the most charismatic of places, but it's clean and spacious, and has lockers - which are the important things. Not far from the Grand Platz

So expensive! 4pm check in time is very late, we had to leave our stuff in that closet where anyone could have taken things, but we didn't really have a choice. Opening 2 hours earlier would make way more sense! And why is the lounge always closed? Never had the chance to use it.

Brussels Hello Hostel
- Rue de l'Armistice 1, Brussels
- 27 May 2012
A bit difficult to find if you walk instead of using public transportation. Google map tells me it takes 25min from city center. And I spent about almost an hour to get there. But the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and compact. Not bad at all for this price.

Couldn't check in at our arrival time of 7am, had to wait til 2 - 8 hours!
The bunk beds had no bars, 1 ladder between 3 & had to make the beds ourselves.
Staff were rude & unhelpful - my friend's phone was stolen from the room & she had to look through dirty sheets & they protested

Hostel Grand Place

- 27 May 2012
First of all, this hostel's location is absolutely incredible! Located on a side street right off the Grand-Place, you really can't find any better! BUT, that's about all it has going for it. The check in has to be done in another hostel 15 minutes away, there is no staff present in the

Location was right next to the grand place, what was really good. There was no breakfast besides coffee and tea. The rooms are very very small especially the bathrooms- so if you have more than 150kg you probably won't fit in! Another negative point was, in particular you have no mobile
