They have electronic keys for the rooms, luggage storage room. The stuff is nice and helpful, the hostel is environment friendly, since is inviting the clients to recycle the paper, plastic etc.
During winter the rooms are really worm, maybe too much sometimes;)

The beds were not very comfortable. The common rooms were cold, even with the heater on. The other aspects are good. It is not located centrally, but is next to a metro station, and Brussels is a little city so you can walk as well.

value for money hostel, abit far from the main station but brussels is a small city. clean hostel with good wifi. staff was slow in responding to customers, but was very knowledgeable about the city in general. gave me good tips where to visit even though i had a short stay with them.

satisfied with almost everything. the lobby and the common room is really cool, nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the morning. common room is big enough for hanging out after the cold weather outside.

Reception and the common area had frustrating opening hours, the staff were not particularly helpful (couldn't print boarding passes etc) and signs like 'no drinking games' and 'dont put too much paper in the toilet' just make the place seem restrictive.

The nostel is extremelly dirty.Showers are owful, the noise was terrible during the whole night! The breakfast was hardly eatable. The staff was not useful at all.

during the night i stayed some people had party until 3 am. they turned off the heater and it was very cold, since i was sleeping beside the door. the cover is thick enough to keep me warm, i almost stayed awake the whole night
