Plum is a very friendly person and she works hard to give guests a good stay. I definitely recommend this hostel. More

This is by far the best hostel I have stayed in. It's great or getting to know people. It's so friendly. The common area is awesome! Really was great to chill and relax after exploring the town. Would defiantly stay here again. The beds are super comfortable aswell and more importantly More

Overall is average. The staff is nice and willing to provide information. Yet, the room smells bad. More

A little hard to find in the dark but there are signs and directions. The staff are friendly but there isn't really much on offer to eat at the cafe upstairs. Overall it's cheap, clean and really close to the metro station, I'd recommend it. More

It's a nice place in a tall building. So you have a view of the city. There's a pool, but it was closed. However, there's a really nice public pool 2 mins walk away. The landlady is friendly and speaks good English. Only downside really, is that it's not located in the centre of GZ, but a More

A friendly atmosphere with very friendly and helpful staff. There are ample small street restaurants and local markets close by. Excellent city metro just a 5 min walk or buses and ferries directly in front of the hostel. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned professionally everyday. You More

All around a "good" hostel. Not great but certainly worth the money to stay at. The atmosphere is good and I have absolutely no complaints there. The front desk staff were as helpful as they could be and very friendly. My girlfriend and I stayed in 2 separate mixed rooms... mine was pretty More

The building is old indeed within a single site and for example the elevator walls are covered with cardboard and on each floor there are works in progress. Inside the Journey House we sat on the chairs and old routes but unfortunately it was not possible to lie down on the mattress, put More

Facilities are not great. Only 3 bathrooms for the entire place (and one wasn't working when i get there). The place is kind of falling apart. And Guangzhou itself is rather boring. More

Room small but functional. Aircon was very loud. Only one toilet and shower on floor, and were not well maintained. Staff were good and friendly but didn't understand English well so be aware of the need for good software. Location was fine and the area was quite nice More
