in winter you have to use the air condition to heat, as its quite cold, location is great directly at the lake, easy to meet people

I stayed here the third time within 4 years. The place has not changed a lot, not much has been renewed either. Anyway, the staff is super friendly and even tries to get you a cab between 4 and 6 pm (which is REALLY hard in HZ), the location is nice, the food is average. Bike rental is not

Location is nice because it's near West Lake(10 min walk). But don't expect anything more than a bed. The dorm is freezing, air conditioning didn't work. Staff was RUDE! They knock on our door in the middle of the night and require for a head count to prevent extra people sleep in the
