We only stayed here for one night, a very nice Hostel/Hotel however, it was very tricky to find as it was down a alley way. Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and clean. This place has a lift for a start :-), internet access was the fastest we have come across.

It was good place to stay. No elevator. Definately worth staying at for the tours and the halong bay cruise which was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Only stayed for one night bu were overall happy with it all
