Nice, clean, very well located hostel! Lack of keys was a little unnerving however the 24 hour reception worked very well with all the friendly staff. Would happily stay again.

Very Good location within walk distance to LRT, comfortable and clean, Big lockers in each room. Really like the design and decoration, simple and cozy. but it is noisy outside those room facing to the road.

Nice hostel close to main bus station and city railway.
Clean dorm with big lockers. Traffic noise can be an issue as some dorms are facing a street. Helpfull staff.

What a great place! I've spent a fair amount of time in hostels: this is one of the best, particularly because of the staff. They've created a welcoming, casual atmosphere akin to being in a friend or family member's home. I will absolutely stay at Red Palm again.

Awesome location in China Town - loads of markets on the streets around the place. Staff very friendly, good suggestions for sight seeing etc. Nice common room to hang out in, very very good air in each room, breakfast is just toast, peanut butter and jam - could have been more options.

Very spacious, clean hostel. The lounge and dining area is comfortable and the rooms are really spacious and clean. The washroom is also very clean. I would definitely come back here. The location is idea- right at Chinatown and close to all city centre attractions.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on til midday which is also check out time so no time constrictions appreciated! Great value single rooms with air con and wifi made a nice change from dorms. In the heart of china town too.
