clean safe and kind~it is cloudly outdoor in night ,but in the dorm ,its quiet .suit for experience to kl ,near to chia town ,central market but far away to klcc to walk in.the breadfast delious but little to choose.

This is more like a hotel than a hostel, you get a curtain on your bunk too, So you've basically got your own room.
They've got a great rooftop bar, and so close to the LRT, and 20 seconds to McDonald's!

The expansion work made the premise quite dirty, but the staff always try to keep it clean. The metal floor edge should be covered with rubber or something since it could harm anyone who walk to the bathroom. Not as tidy as it was since the previous maid wasnt the anymore. But still a

Friendly staff and great location! Walking distance to 2 MRT lines (Red & Purple), Chinatown and Central Market. The selection of DVD's on the 3rd floor was a nice touch too. The only small issueI had was that you have to be buzzed in at the front door every time and I felt bad when I came

I loved my stay at Red Palm. Everyone was very helpful. I really appreciated the strong coffee, bananas, milk, dishes, and help from the staff. I will definitely be coming back!

Great staff,good location and great food right next door. Unbelievable resources there too. Dozens of lonely planets there that can be used to plan your next portion of your trip. Really sweet cats, as well. I'd stay there again.

The air con is turning off during the day so the room is very hot. The checking is at 2 pm so if you arrive earlier yo have to wait. The reception is close from 5am to 9am so becarfull if you arrive in that hour because is nobody there.
