Great hostel! Staff is really friendly and helpfull. It is a very open hostel without strict security, but this isn't any problem, because the hostel is at the end of a 'gang' (alley). The showers are really awesome compared to other cold, showers in Indonesia More

Not the average backpacker place, it is more a hotel in which you can find a room with bunk beds. The Wi-Fi is very slow and works best around the pool. More

If you want to enjoy your stay in Bali far from the very touristic and crazy Kuta and Seminyak, this is the place! The room is clean, more beauty than others expensive places in Bali, the pool is lovely, two or three options for breakfast, close to the beach and some bars around. More

Great location and lovely staff. Atmosphere not great as wifi only works down stairs so generally everyone is glued to their phones! But will definitely return and would recommend. 5 mins walk to beach and close to everything! More

Such a good atmosphere and a great place to meet other travellers. Had to get a taxi into kuta but it's very cheap. Staff could be a bit unhelpful about making plans for wherever you were travelling onwards to.. don't book transort through them because they overcharge. They said they More

This place feels like staying someone else's apartment while they are away. With 7 beds, it is intimate and homey without being crowded. It's a good environment for meeting new friends and there is a small kitchen for cooking, and complementary bottled water. A great place for backpackers More

Surfers dorm house does not feel like a hostel, it feels like a family :) The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located little bit off the track, but taxi to Kuta or scooter hire cost nothing. More

The hostel was ok, the private room was a lot smaller than those showed on the website. The receptionist recommended us a tour guide different form the one advertised inside the hostel - it was a trap, the guy was just a driver and he refused to tour us, he took us to terrible places - in More
