We arrived early and were still allowed to check in. Beds were comfy, and wifi was excellent. Our bunk mates left cell phone alarms on but other than that we had no problems

I have quite a controversional experience. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect for going out, but the windows are facing a noisy street and also every noise from the reception (which is also a common room) turns into the noise in your room. The windows were not germetic,

The staff here are without a doubt the most helpful hostel staff I have ever met. They make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the door. I don't like returning to the same places again... But I have already been back to 360... And I will again! Highly recommended!

The lock of the door is not good. You have to try many times to open the door. It is really a big problem.

Way too much noise :
- outside : the simple glass window is giving on a plaza
- inside : thin isolation between rooms

The staff was awesome, really friendly and works hard to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good time. It's a great place for younger travelers who want to meet people and have an inclusive atmosphere. Easy to get around town. It's pretty happening 24/7 so if you need a lot

Great location, very close to main sights, the staff was helpful. There were a few things to be considered though -there is no breakfast, however they provide free coffee, milk and churros(you have to wash your dishes), but the kitchen is nice. Bring your own padlock(small one), otherwise

The inside was very nicely decorated and very clean. Great location- about a 5 minute walk from Sol. We checked in early and were put in a nice sized room (had 5 beds but we were only 3 people) and we were right across from the bathroom. The only major complaint I have it that there was

The guys from reception were cold, at least I enjoyed the guy from Russia, he is cool.
The bathroom was a bit dirty and shower area is so tiny, my room was not cleaned any day.

The hostel is very cozy, good facilities. If I could suggest anything it would be put thicker courtains on the bedroom to keep the light out during morning time. Otherwise, it was perfect, great location near subway, restaurants and stores and a very safe place also.
