This hostel is by far the best hostel I've ever stayed in - great location, amazing staff (!!!!), clean and you definitely get value for the money. Great place to just sit back, relax, drink a beer and enjoy life.

No bathrooms outside the rooms so if you're in a eight-person ensuite and someone is in the bathroom, you can wait or walk two blocks to starbucks or the grocery store, which I did once. Breakfast is just toast and jam. Whirlpool works. Clean facilities. Great location right by best

Would be nice to have some chairs in the rooms. Also clean the bathrooms more often: as a bath or sink.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect and the hostel is good value for money. Had a private room, it was comfortable and clean which is all I ever really want. It was quieter than other hostels but still had a good communal area to sit and drink and chat. It's not a party

Well located to an excellent price for the location. Theonly thing it's if you drive to the htoel, there is no parking lot in the hostel or near it, but if you reach it in bus, the stop it's two blocks away.

Good for couple of nights, thumbs up for letting you bring your own booze, but thumbs down to have to put the beer in a plastic glass, but in general quite good for price

When I first read the reviews to the hostel, I was a little nervous about going there. After checking in, I was surprised how WRONG the reviews were. Santa Barbara has a nice place to relax outside. The hostel is full of people and fun. I liked the staff, the lobby with the big screen TV
