Definitely one of the better hostels i've stayed in in europe, great value for money and the bar is lively and fun. It's a shame brekky isn't free and there's no kitchen, but the location and general fun vibe makes it a great pick.

The hostel was quite nice: clean, quiet after about 12, very friendly staff. Breakfast is included, as is internet, although the connection is a little slow. In terms of location, it is very close to the main station, so practical, but also surrounded by casinos, so not the most scenic

We found some of the reception staff quite unwelcoming, but the breakfast- and bar servers were very nice! We happened to have some bad luck with our roommates (very noisy both nights) which is certainly not the hostel´s fault, but of course it has a bit of an influence on our overall

Really good hostel, rooms are new and bathroom is clean and modern. Only thing is the laundry facilties dont work and are tempremental. Staff is really good. Bar was unfortunately closed when I was there, so was not so great to have fun, but there is an awesome backpacker bar next door

Everything was great and we were happy with our stay. Unfortunately the showers were cold in the morning, but since we were in a hurry we didn't notify any staff - so we can't really complain.

2 stops to hauptbahnof (main railway station). if you want you can walk to Marien Platz, that's not too much way. this is my 2nd stay at a&o hostels and i am pleased for all. it should be better to serve wifi service free because many of hostels do this service free.
