There are not enough hot water for taking shower in such a cold weather. Once there is no any hot water when i took a shower. The staff said I have to wait for half an hour to three hours. It's ridiculous. Please improve your hot water system.

-Only a shower and a sink in a room, no toilet
-Terrace is nothing, it's just that they have nothing to boast about so they boast about the terrace.
