PRO: Stayed in a double room with a friend. Cool room design, comfy bed, lots of storage. Slept well. Good shower water pressure, even if it stays on for only 20 seconds at a time. Decent location near a few metro / RER stops. Very close to the catacombs. Breakfast vouchers included. CON: More

We stayed in one of the little efficiency apartments, located on the 2nd (or 3rd, depending how you count) floor, up two flights of steep, winding steps. The apt. smelled a little bit of smoke and the mattresses were very thin, atop an uncomfortable metal frame (we slept well anyway). More

At 6AM there was no hot water in the shower or from the sink faucets. Breakfast doesn't start until 730AM so if one must leave early in the morning you're out of luck. Staff wasn't friendly and seemed unhappy at check-in. It's close to the Gare du Nord which has trains to CDG otherwise More

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice clean bathroom. The hostel is fairly new. Only real downfall was the atmosphere (but that's because its the end of winter and no one is around) and the stairs... trying to carry heavy luggage up those stairs is just dangerous! More

The staff was really helpful and welcoming! You can ask anything in the reception 24/7. The location is the best thing about this hostel, it is easily reachable (2 metro stations) and most importantly - Monmartre! You can wander around it and have your own "Midnight in Paris", also you can More
