St Christopher's Paris
- 159, rue de Crimee, Paris
- 28 May 2012
I have stayed in many St. Chrisopher hostels throughout Europe and I have to say that my stay at the Paris one was my favorite. The hostel was very clean and brand new. The breakfast was better than the others I had experienced, and the staff was extremely helpful. The only thing I wasn't

It was a nice surprise to realize the hostel is on the riverfront. It's a nice riverfront district, not far from the metro. The breakfast included cereal, bread, jam, juice, and coffee, and was pretty good, especially eaten while looking at the river. Rooms were large and clean, with

Nice building, restaurent (with good expresso) and nice big yard. It looks particularly nice for large gorups. But no kitchen or fridge available for travellers.
Location nice if you need to take the RER towards or from the airport.

We had a very pleasant stay! Thank you for the free wifi and breakfast. My only suggestion would be to find a way to make the door to the stairs/rooms close quietly. It slams shut right now, and we could hear it all the way on the top floor.

Plug-Inn Hostel
- 7 rue Aristide Bruant, Paris

It's a little walk from the metro and right down the street from Moulin Rouge, but I felt safe. There was 24/hr reception. Also within walking distance of Sacre Coer.

Oops
- 50 Avenue des Gobelins, Paris

Breakfast was BAD. Hardly worth mentioning there was breakfast when it was just two buns. There didn't seem to be any policy on a quiet time - there were doors slamming and people yelling until 4 am. I realize this isn't completely the hostels fault, but with no policy on a quiet time it

I stayed in a small two twin bunk bed room where there isn't a lot of space to leave your bag. There are no lockers inside the room so valuables must be left behind with the receptionist. The beds squeek a lot. The ensuite bathroom and shower stall was convenient and clean. Breakfast was

Overall, the two rooms my group stayed in were very clean and charming. The location was excellent and the staff were helpful with directions. My only real complaint is how dirty the bathrooms are. The shower reeked of mold and one day the bathroom was acting as an outhouse because it

Vintage Hostel
- 73, Rue de Dunkerque, Paris

Other than the loudest snoring mthrfckr I've ever heard in my life that kept me up all night, I have nothing really bad to say about this place. Everyone was nice and the doors are card locked. The bathroom ceiling could've been cleaned more often with bleach to get rid of the mold (for

Absolute Paris
- 1 Rue de la Fontaine au Roi, 75011, Paris
- 24 May 2012
Great location and helpful staff. Only issue was slight lack of cleanliness eg mouldy shower curtain. Also would have been nice to have had an extra sheet on the bed rather than a blanket as it was 28 degrees and boiling in the room!

The woman who organizes the kitchen is a little stressed.
I was at the hostel twice and both times I found the rooms very good. I'm just not very familiar with this amount of stairs.

Great Location! This is what it is most important of this place. 2min walking to Anvers metro station, 10 min. walking to the Sacre Coeur, 15 min. walking to Moulin Rouge.
The staff was great. Although they don't speak english as good as you would expect they would do anything on their
