Great place and the staff are so welcoming. Lovely warm rooms and we even got an upgrade for no extra cost! Food here is great too. There is also the option to organize massages or foot massages I'm your room! Top hostel right on the main stretch in Pingyao More

I guess the staff was really busy since Pingyao was super crowded, but still that is no excuse for the staff for being really rude. We only asked for remote control from air conditioner. That is the other thing, the room was very cold and because of great location in the city center very More

Most of the staff is really nice and ready to help, especially when it comes to transfer to sights or stations. Got kicked out in a really unfriedly way once und prices are changing every day. They have almost nothing there what they offer on the menu. More

It's a very cute hostel and they had electric blankets in each bed so sleeping there was very comfortable. As the house is very old, we had to cross a courtyard to get to the bathroom. Everything wasn't very modern but it was kind of charming. We would stay here again. More

Room was cold, staff were unfriendly and not particularly helpful. No towels provided (even for a fee!), so bring your own, but saying that the bathroom was pretty dirty. Hostel building has a traditional feel though, but that's about the only good thing. Really do get what your pay for More
