Amazing hostel. I wish I spent more time in Queenstown so I could take advantage of all the free stuff the hostel had to offer! More

Everything about my stay was positive! I would have to say my only complaint was that I found it a little weird that some mornings when I slept in house keeping would come in and clean my bathroom or vacuum whilst I was still sleeping. All in all though a great hostel and will definitely More

This was one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. A very friendly staff created a great atmosphere to be in. The hostel itself was very spacious, there was plenty of room in their 3 kitchens to cook and prepare food without being cramped. Excellent hostel. More

I found this hostel very good and modern,it can be a bit too big at times and a wee bit hard too meet new people, this hostel gets all the people from the kiwi bus so that's a pain because they all stick together, they do diffrent events tho which is good and try too get everyone involved More

Great place to stay! Warm, clean & great people! Even made the effort to move us when our room mate was 'hard' to room with! The fire alarm at 6am wasn't so fun but that wasn't Nomads fault! Definitly recomend as a place to stay. Great location as well! More

Pretty good hostel with a good kitchen and lounge areas. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room looked out over the lake. It's only a few minutes walk into town which kept it quiet. Most of the other guests seemed to just want to relax and watch TV, so if you're looking for a More

We had a very nice stay at YHA Queenstown Lakefront. The location is very beautiful and it's a 10min walk from shops and restaurants in the city centre. The staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the whole atmosphere of the place. The bathrooms and kitchen were very spacious and More

First, it was HORRIBLE walking our luggage there; not too far to walk from town (15 min) but a KILLER hill driveway!!!! So I either caught a cab or tried not to need to come back for anything. The first night I stayed in a dorm bed and couldnt sleep all night the metal frame was so More

Main issue was the heater in the room, which was on a two-hour timer. So every 2.5 h we woke up cold and had to restart it. Conservation ethic taken to a ridiculous extreme! Needs to work all night! More

Found the room rather too warm at night. The location was central but lacked any real local parking facilities which meant parking some distance from the building. More
