This hostel was ship-shape! Really impressed by how well they thought out all the hostel details. Superb location, close to the train/bus station, central market and an excellent little supermarket in the mall. But street noise maybe gets loud w/ends and summer season. Excellent, friendly More

We had a great stay in Riga thanks to Seagulls Garett Hostel. The staff was always nice and available, the room was big, clean and nice, the common room is very cosy. Everything is close to the hostel, the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend it. More

I've stayed in a lot of hostels all over the world, and this is definitely in the top 3. The common room is really the heart of the hostel and has a great layout and vibe; the owner lives on the premise and she is fantastic. It is not a party hostel, just so you know! Highly recommended if More

It's a great hostel, everything was very clean, even the showers. The sinks are very small but that was alright. Breakfast was good especially on Sunday with fresh fruits and joghurt :) I would definaely stay there again! More

Spacious rooms and common areas, a great change from cramped hostels. My four-bed dorm had only one bunk bed and much space to lounge around. Simple but very adequate breakfast and warn, efficient staff. Only drawback, for some people, is the street it's located on, which is rather drab More

Staff are unbelievably fantastic! Everything about this hostel (apart from Room 17 showers) was excellent. Might have just been that room as the shared showers where fine! Activities they arranged were brilliant. Bobsleigh 10/10 Shooting 10/10 Pub crawl 10/10! Free beer on arrival. More

More of a chill hostel slightly away from busy old town, but in a good area. Over looking a beautiful 1903 Art Neavou building. Large apartment feel with original wood flooring, large common room More

This hostel is a must ! It is a bit up high (4th floor by foot), but once you made it up, the staff is super helpful on all sorts of matters, it is very well maintained, and the feeling is that of a homey old apartment. The door codes and lockers make it very safe. The beds are standard More

If your budget is very small and you need only the basic things like bed, kitchen, wifi, this is your place. It's a small hostel, familiar atmosphere and good staff. I will come back if I go to Riga. More
