first hot shower i had in a while, so facilities are great, but it´s seriously annoying that you can´t keep food in the fridge!! it doesn´t have a good place to hang out and socialize. but we still had a good time and met nice people. most of the staff are also very nice and helpful.

I was told this is on the more expensive side for hostels, but you get what you pay for. Walking distance from the best places in rio, fun amazing people, a kind staff, and clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Can't ask for much more!

Really nice hostel located close to the beach. They can organise a good tour around Rio for you with the main highlights. The free drink was beautiful. All the staff were very friendly and the cleaning staff were lovely. I would recommend staying here as it was really good.

The location of this hostel is perfect for nightlife in Rio. It's a really charming venue that has great views of the city. The staff is accommodating, too. The only downside to this hostel is the higher price, but I'd say it is worth the extra bucks.

The staff at Mango Tree is unbelieveably amazing. I kept going back and was gutted when they were booked up and I had to move.
The atmosphere is very relaxed and there is always a good vibe around Mango Tree.
Location is amazing, just one block from Post 9 Ipanema beach.
