Free bagels and fruit in the morning was nice. The bathrooms are a bit old but clean and the shower is pretty weak. The free wine and cheese night was an excellent idea and great way to meet people! More

The place is great, highly recommendable. breakfast ok, the stuff is amazing, really good. The only thing is that they do not have plugs in the rooms to charge your phone or tablet. But you can in the lounge that it´s really comfortable. More

The hostel is very nice. The lobby is decorated nicely, everyone gets a security pass to re-enter the building and it's in general clean. Breakfast is bagels and jelly which was good and the kitchen can be used anytime. The room were clean, had nice lockers, and a bathroom but it was very More

Very basic hostel, but it has everything you need. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Free breakfast with a selection of cereal, bread, pancake and waffles is offered. The hostel is located between the sketchy neighborhood Tenderloin and the Hilton. If you leave the hostel in direction of the More

Full of rude people. Generally quite dirty and the key card system is a little dodgy. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. More

This was the best hybrid between a hotel and a hostel! Having a private room with an ensuite and all standard amenities of a hotel was great (sheets, towels, shampoo(!!), hair dryer, mini fridge). But then to also have common rooms, computers with free wi-fi, and a kitchen where we met More

Some of my personal belongings were thrown out by the cleaner, and some of them stolen. To figure all this out I had to fish through the bins myself. Very unimpressive. My friend's bed was so unsteady she felt unsafe and couldn't sleep properly, after complaining she was moved but a new More

Very, very centric hotel, and very clean. Stay away if you want to socialise (there's no kitchen or social spaces here, tho you have fridge in your room). What got me is that is very quiet despite being in the city centre. I will recommend 100%!! More

The location was terrible, the smell too (it smelled wet like if there would be mould all over the place). people checked in the room at 6:30 a.m. (how are we expected to sleep). internet connection in the room was very bad. More

One of the better deals in S.F. A common area and kitchen makes for the perfect place to dine in and watch television or chat with others. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thanks Andy. There are shopping molls within walking distance on mission. More

First of all, there were no bed bugs. This was the only positive thing. But the place was crawling with cockroaches. The bathrooms looked like they had been last cleaned 10 years ago. The place is extremely noisy (someone always seems to watch TV at full volume, the doorbell can be heard More
