Hostal Campo Base is a very nice place to stay and one of the best ones in San Pedro de Atacama! It's very clean and the beds in the rooms are really comfortable. The breakfast is very good with a ig choice of different food and drinks. They cook even scrambled eggs and pancakes for you! More

Very clean, kept dust out of the hostel well. Excellent kitchen and breakfast (don't forget to help yourself to eggs which you can cook however you like!). Friendly helpful staff. Wifi worked well. Showers hot. Located just 5 mins walk out of town. More

Helpful staff who can book tours, decent breakfast - especially liked the fact you got fruit salad and can cook your own eggs, very clean, nice patio area and book swap. Fairly quiet and chilled vibe. Three bed dorms bit on cosy side when you have all your bags in there but fine. More

The only thing i didnt like is how the staff three times tried to sell me tours. They told me by arrival that they had an agency and what tours they had, and that would have been enough! More

This is a party hostel. If you want a good night's sleep or to get up early for a tour, this is not for you. Very noisy til early hours. Paper-thin walls between dorms and bathrooms (you can hear everyone doing everything!). Staff a bit disorganised at times but got there in the end. Cold More

The hostel and the staff was amazing and very helpful. They looked professional in their roles: they organized the trips very efficiently and helped to solve any problems. The location is a bit out of town, but since the whole town can be reached in 10 minutes, it does not really matter. More

Really enjoyed our stay at hostal talar. Friendly and helpful staff especially Alejandro. Market next door and they showed us cheap restaurants nearby which were very good! Only bad thing was location. Quite the hike uphill in the heat from downtown. Also not as cheap as some hostels in More

Tatai offers everything you need, with great hot water to have shower. The only problem is the distance of the centre. For a women travelling alone, is not the best option. But despite this, is much better than other hostels in San Pedro de Atacama. More

A great hostel, the staff is very helpful and sociable, and they organize a lot of different tours for a very reasonable package- price! Has a cute courtyard with great atmosphere, which is a natural place to hang out and socialize around the bonfire on the evenings 😊 More
