The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Any food or travel questions I had they helped me with. They helped me in navigating my way around Tokyo and to Narita when I was leaving. I enjoyed talking with the staff and telling them about my home as well as learning a little bit about

Thanks to every staffs, we could enjoy our Tokyo trip for four days.

Very much a backpacker's hostel. Was in an 8-bed female dorm, was fine, although had to pay money to rent a padlock for a locker. Facilities good, location okay. Staff were nice. All round a good hostel.

Great service, location, and price. Will definitely stay again in the future. The free breakfast until 10am is a nice touch. The only negatives for me were the lack of places to plug in electronics and the unheated toilet seats. Great place for a single traveler to meet others.

The atmosphere was very warm and friendly among the other guests there! I met a few really cool people and I am planning on staying there again next time Im in Tokyo! The price was pretty decent as well.

We had a very nice time during our stay at Aizuya Inn. Staff were friendly and helpfull, espically with navigating the city and finding things to do. Free coffee was a very nice way to start my day. Also the very fun art work made the place cool to look at too.

I had an excellent stay at Aizuya inn. The staff are really welcoming and the place is extremely clean. They kept the place really well. Despite the long walk from the JR station, I would definately stay there then any other hotels that were nearby there.

Brilliant location, amazingly clean and loads of information available in reception area of hostel about Tokyo, what to visit and getting around etc. A cute little lounge area with computers but we didn't spend much time at the hostel as we were out exploring Tokyo - had an awesome time.

I like Khaosan original! It is small yet comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Everything is clean and it has nice view of the river from its windows. :)
