I would really recommend this hostel. The staff was great and very helpful with arranging tours around the Xi'an. The location was good and within walking distance of many sites and shops. Street BBQ was located right outside the hostel, so you could get good food very late. The hostel was

Perfect pick. It is a traditional row house with gorgeous courtyard . It is in walkable distance from the train station, from where also the public buses for the terracotta army depart. With superior atmosphere. Food is OK (the dulplings are excelent :-). Thumbs Up!!!

Overall a good place. Clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff, good facilities. Only downside was the fan in the room did not reach the top beds, only those below. The "hang out room" seemed pretty spacious and I think you would be able to meet some people there, but I dont know as I

The hostel was great, I would and will probably come back! I just want to mention one thing. There's no socket in the bathroom, so if you want to shave and have a shaver that needs to be plugged in, that's not ideal. But apart from that I was really happy with the hostel.
