Making a booking on Hostelworld.com has just got more personal than ever! This is thanks to 'LiveChat' which has just gone live on the site.
This is how it works – when you're making a booking on the site, when you get to the enter details page you'll see the 'LiveChat' logo (here on the right). Then, if you have any questions you need answered, simply click on the logo and you can ask our customer service staff whatever you want to help you with making your booking.
So whether it's 'can I pay in cash on arrival' or 'does this hostel include free breakfast', simply click on the logo and our staff will be able to help you.
