No problem, go to http://cp.atlas.sk/vlakbus/spojenie/. At the bottom, you can switch to English. There you can search for bus (SAD) and/or railway (ZSR) lines. Don't be afraid about prices. You may pay below 20 euro from Bratislava to Prague.

yea, i see others already helped you a bit. check out "www.slovakrail.sk", there's an english version too, that should give you the schedule, complete routes and prices, just fill out the search form. boa sorte & bon voyage! ~Z

try some buses.. they are much cheaper than trains. Buy ticket at least one day before journey at bus station Mlynske nivy.

check out plane fares at www.skyeurope.com, there is a direct connection to Prague and sometimes gets as cheap as a train. Trains - Eurocity train should be around 25 euros, there is also Pendolino - it's faster, newer and a bit more comfortable but can be a bit more expensive.
