Hi Cecilia, it´s a shame, i won´t be in Buenos Aires at that time. I´m actually now making reservations to go to Ecuador!!!
But i´d recommend you to go to MALBA - Museum of Latin American Art in Buenos Aires.
The Puerto Madero area is also super nice. It´s next to the Downtown area and very close to San Telmo.
I hope you enjoy your trips!

If I were you Id try to spend at least 1 night at the theater or see any musical show. There is a lot of those along Corrientes Avenue, specially in the off circuit theaters. I would highly recommend any rock, jazz or blues show. Very cheap and worth every cent.

Hi Ceci, I recommend you to go to: Recoleta all saturday long (it's really nice); Feria de Mataderos (on sunday morning, lot of tipical argentinian stuff); San Telmo and see a lot of stuff about tango (on sundays evening there's a market and they dance on the street); and museums are free on quarta.
Then, about going out... there's always a place to go...
