Could you give me feedback on your stay in Damascus Room. I'm booked to stay there this coming week-end and want to know if it is comfortable etc.

You're great - thank you. Any car is fine, tiny little crappy car is ok :) Whatever is cheapest. There is only me and my backpack! Rental date should be Sept 13th or 14th (I will spend 11th and 12th, maybe 13th in Zagreb) and drop off in Dubrov maybe around the 15th or 16th. I don't really have a plan yet of exactly where I am going or staying. I will send you a private message with my email so I can write to you, I have a few more questions!

Thanks for your note. I am still in Canada, I leave on Sept 10th for Zagreb. I am also looking for an inexpensive car rental place where I can rent a car and then drop it off in Dubrovnik after a few days.

Hi Davor! Me again! Maybe you can help me...I am wondering if there is a ferry from Dubrovnik to Corfu, Greece. I don't think there is...looks like I would have to go by Italy first? Also if you know how I can book a train from Zagreb to Vienna, Austria...I am going to see my family for the weekend! Thanks!

What do you thing, We should stay 3 nights at split (go to hvar and brac during the day and go back to sleep in split) or one night in a hostel in each island ?

yeh, you are are right... i shouldn't go to istria this time... I was reading and it would be better enjoy few citys than be tired cause driving and dont enjoy the trip at all.
we are going to rent a car in zagreb and return in dubrovnik, so the ferry I think its the best option.

You think that we must skip istria? I was crazy to know pula, rovniji,,,, but I understand that we have to chose. Is this the best chose, it isn't? rs
Another thing, do you know how much time takes to go to hvar and the other islands by ferry?

Hi again! We talked to Mashka and she gave me great tips, as well! But I have one more doubt.
We have 9 days in Croatia and we are renting a car... What do you think about Rovinj or Krk? We read that they are nice, but nobody here in hostelworld.com told us anything about them. Are they worth going or should I go straight to Plitvice from Zagreb so that I have more time to see Dalmatia..?

Hi!! Thanks for your message. I will definitely help you when you come to Canada, it's a big place with a lot to see! I am only planning to stay in Zagreb for one night, and then I was thinking about possibly renting a car to drive down to Split and then Dubrovnik. And I would stop at the national park on the way, 2 hours from Zagreb. Is it easy to drive there? Or should I just take a bus/train to the park and then another bus/train to Split? Thanks....
