Well this is the thing. I have no clue where to go (I haven't gotten past planning Croatia yet!). And that's I guess mainly the reason I'm contacting - it's such a huge place that I don't know what to see, where to start....you say most don't bother with Perth?? (sorry)....

Hi! Will be travelling to Australia for the first time in late Nov - early Dec and would love some tips, since 1) it's such a big place and 2) it's my first time ever doing a backpacking trip! Any advice on what to see, where to go, where not to go would be most appreciated! Glad to hear you love backpacking...I'm terrified!!!!
